If you drink strong tea often, and especially on an empty stomach, it may begin to disturb the stomach.
People who drink tea infrequently are most affected. And for those who have any gastrointestinal diseases, it is not recommended to drink strong tea leaves, since it will irritate the walls of the stomach.
